What should I have ready?
Your complete document and acceptable identification for each signer. Identification and any witness requirements will be confirmed before the visit.
Can we meet at a care facility?
Care facility visits are part of the planned service. Access must be arranged with the facility, and the signer must be able to participate willingly and meet the requirements for notarization.
Can you help me choose or prepare a legal document?
Notary service does not include legal advice or selecting legal documents. Ask the document recipient or an attorney what document and notarial act you need.
